MEET THE BAND...
STEADY RED, a rock/hard rock band formed in 2022 by four musicians, Skyler Saracuse (lead guitar), Mitch Thistle (drums), Caleb Anger (bass/vocals), & Sean McNamara (guitar/vocals) from Waterford, Ontario Canada who share a passion for music & an unyielding desire to make their mark on the music scene. Each member brings their own unique style & personality to the band, resulting in a sound that is unmistakably STEADY RED.

Influenced by rock bands such as Led Zeppelin, Guns N' Roses, Van Halen, Korn, Pantera & Metallica, Steady Red combines powerful guitar riffs, driving basslines, & thunderous drums to create a sound that is both nostalgic & modern. Their music is characterized by its raw energy & emotive lyrics, which speak to the universal experiences of love, loss, & self-discovery.

Skyler saracuse - lead guitar
"Skyler Saracuse began his journey on guitar at the age of 7, when he began taking lessons focused primarily on classical guitar.
Around the age of 11, he aquired his first electric guitar & eventually his interest shifted to such legendary players as Jimi Hendrix, Jimmy Page & Eddie Van Halen.
His high school band, The Unitards, (as well as two other bands Skyler played in that gigged together occasionally), got him is start playing with other musicians in a full on rock band!
He enrolled in a college music program, dropped out (beause the primary focus was Jazz), and has been working in the trades ever since, focusing his spare time on shredding guitar and honing in on is talent as a guitarist."
Mitch thistle - drums
"Mitch Thistle, the thundering heartbeat of the group has been making noise for about 25 years .
Whether its the drums, guitar, bass, you name it, Mitch has always had music in his life!
Born & raised in Nova Scotia Canada, he started playing drums in his parents garage when he was about 14 years old, until one day he moved up into small garage bands & playing at local shows.

Today, he resides in Southern Ontario when one day at the workplace, he met up with Skyler & found they both had a love for music & began jamming together. "
Caleb anger - bass & vocals
"My name is Caleb Anger, I play bass & sing with Steady Red.
I was born in Niagara Falls, Ontario. My family moved to New Brunswick when I was 1 year old where we resided until moving to Waterford, Ontario in 2003.
I met Skyler Saracuse (lead guitarist) originally where we jammed together until the forming of the complete band in 2022.
My bands of influence growing up were The Doobie Brothers, Simon & Garfunkel, CCR, & other greats of that time. I began broadening my influences after joining Steady Red where I began getting into heavier rock/metal bands such as Metallica, Guns N' Roses, Led Zeppelin, & more.
I couldn't have met a better group of guys to be making music with! I love hanging out with the band & making music! I believe our Fans will be in for a real treat as our musical backgrounds produce a unique variety of music that truly rocks!
